Kim K ties the Knot

Whether or not you’re a reality show fan, there was no way to avoid all the latest buzz about Kim K.‘s extravagent nuptials to New Jersey Nets player, Kris Humphries. Their August 20th wedding was reprted to have cost over $6 million dollars. The entire grandoise affair will be airing on E! in October, but for those of you who can’t wait-we’ve got the inside scoop!!

The Venue: The $29 million dollar Sotto Il Monte estate in Montecito, California. This 10 acre property offers private walled off gardens, making it a perfect paparazzi-free (well sorta) zone.

The Dress: Vera Wang custom gown-naturally ;)

Bridesmaid dresses: Vera Wang designed the gorgeous gowns worn by the Kardashian sisters, until they got a little more comfy in their white track suits!

The Decor: Old Hollywood flavor-black and white. Keeping it classy, Kim chose B&W tents, drapes, chairs, and linens.

Catering: Chef to the stars, the master of meals, Wolfgang Puck-who else?

The Cake: This 6 foot tall cake (YES, CAKE that is taller than the bride) was estimated to have cost between $15,000-$20,000. This over the top dream dessert was created by Hansen’s Cakes.

First Dance: The couple had been taking lessons from Dancing With the Stars pro Mark Ballas. Robin Thicke & Earth, Wind, and Fire performed at the wedding, with “Angel” as their first dance song.

Invitation: Kim K. & Kris put much thought into the creation of these Lehr & Black, crystal embossed invitations, complete with the Kardashian seal. Between 450 to 500 invitations carried the price tag of $10,000-no biggie to the Kardashian Klan.

Registry: The couple registered at Gearys in Beverly Hills, Havana ashtrays run at about $840 each, and vases start at around $7500!

Transportation: In classic Hollywood style, the wedding guests were shuttled in Rolls Royce Phantoms and Maybachs.
